Postal Placement is dedicated to supporting candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process, with the goal of improving their performance and maximizing their chances of securing a position with the United States Postal Service.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You do not achieve a passing score on all four virtual assessments required for entry-level postal positions, or
- You do not receive a job offer within 30 days of completing the interview process.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days upon confirmation of eligibility.
Candidates who do not pass the assessments must submit documentation verifying their test results.
Applicants who do not receive a job offer must provide a copy of the interview invitation along with a signed statement from the interview official.
